Refund policy

 

Shopping online can sometimes be complex, and Zevar Club truly understands that. We know you might need some time to decide if your purchase is just right or if you'd prefer to return it because it didn't meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 3-day window for you to make that decision.

Terms of Returns

  • We offer a 3-day return policy. If it has been more than 3 days since you received the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging, invoice, and tags. Items lacking tags will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • There should be no scratches or deformities on the product's surface.
  • Ensure that embellishments and sequins on the product are undamaged.

Return Shipping Charges:

  • Orders below Rs 1500: Rs 90
  • Orders above Rs 1500: Rs 180
  • For exchanges, the shipping charge is Rs 135.

Certain types of goods, such as customized products, are exempt from being returned. These personalized items are made specifically according to your requirements and are therefore not eligible for a refund. However, if you receive a damaged product, we can provide an exchange.

Terms of Refund

  • Damaged or missing products will not be refunded; however, we can provide an exchange if applicable. An unboxing video of the package before opening is mandatory for damaged product claims.
  • Report any damaged or missing items via email within 72 hours of receipt, attaching photos or an unboxing video of the package before opening it along with your return request. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in no replacements being issued.
  • Refunds for Returns: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return (which may take 5-7 working days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited in the form of store credits to your Zevar Club account within 5-7 business days.  The entire process may take 10–12 business days.

Terms of Exchange

  • If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please submit an exchange request within 72 hours of receiving your order, accompanied by a picture of the items and an unboxing video and packing slip.
  • The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

How to Register a Return/Exchange Request

  1. Email us at zevarclub@gmail.com and send a WhatsApp message to +91 93116 84536 with your order number, product details/SKU code, and the reason for returning the product(s). Attach an unboxing video if the product is damaged.
  2. All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of product delivery.
  3. Once initiated, the request will be processed within 72 working hours.
  4. If the reverse order service (i.e., pick-up service) is not available in your area, you will need to send the product to us. We will provide you with the address.
  5. Ensure that the returned items are securely and safely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  6. Once we receive your return, we will inspect its quality. This is contingent upon your return meeting the criteria of being unused and sent back within 3 days.
  7. Allow a maximum of 12-15 business days for the return process to be completed.

For exchanges, once the product is picked up, inform us by contacting us at +91 93116 84536 (Monday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm) or email us at zevarclub@gmail.com, and we will dispatch the exchange on the same day.

We advise you not to accept any order if our seal is broken or the box is unsealed at the time of delivery. Such orders will not be accepted if returned.

Important Notes:

  • Offer Products: There is no return and refund policy on offer products. We replace only damaged products with the same design.
  • Handmade, Sale/Promotional Products, and International Orders: No exchanges or returns are accepted.

How to Shoot an Unboxing Video

  1. Show a 360-degree view of the parcel in its packed condition to confirm it has not been tampered with.
  2. Open the package while keeping the camera focused on the parcel.
  3. Unveil the products inside the parcel directly in front of the camera without removing them from the frame.
  4. Inspect the products for any damage, and if found, display it on camera before ending the recording.
