Important Information - Domestic Shipping

At Zevar Club, our goal is to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and without any inconvenience. We process and dispatch orders within 48 hours, with delivery typically taking 3-7 business days, depending on the city and state.

Kindly be aware that for all Personalized/Pre-order items, there is a production time of up to 10 working days, and dispatch cannot occur earlier than that period.

Express Shipping (Air Shipping) is open to everyone, but it exclusively pertains to the shipping phase, not the production time. Please be aware that the dispatch time for Express Shipping is 24-36 hours, and the subsequent shipping duration ranges from 2-5 days, contingent upon the city and state.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not an option for Personalized Orders and orders exceeding Rs 1500/-.

The available coupon codes are subject to specific conditions, and their applicability is determined at our discretion.

Important Information - International Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on orders exceeding $150, and a flat fee of $20 for orders below $150.

Typically, international orders are delivered within 7-15 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in India for standard deliveries.

Please note that international shipments are not eligible for any kind of returns or exchanges unless a product has been damaged.

Customs and import duties

Duties and taxes for international orders are not integrated into the product or shipping costs. It is your responsibility to settle the relevant duties and taxes directly with the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx, etc.) upon receipt of an invoice from the shipping agent during the order delivery process. Failure to make the required payment for duties and taxes may result in Zevar Club being unable to consider a refund request.

Note: To ensure a seamless delivery within our designated timeframe, please make sure to provide accurate address details, including correct abbreviations, proper spacing, mobile number, and pin code. We cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the information provided.

For same day/Urgent delivery in Jamshedpur

To avail of same-day/urgent delivery in Jamshedpur, contact us at +91 93116 84536 between 10 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Saturday. Additional charges may be applicable for this service.

Alternatively, you have the option to pick up your order from our warehouse / Flagship Store in Ram Tikri road, Jamshedpur, with no extra charges for self-pickup.
